HR Backend Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Backend Executive to join our HR team in Noida.

Experience: 02 Years
Location: Noida
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR
Industry Preference: IT / ITES / Corporate Services

Key Responsibilities
• Managing HR dashboards, trackers and reports
• Preparing MIS and consolidating HR data
• Supporting presentations and employee engagement activities
• Maintaining HR documentation and records
• Coordinating meetings, inductions and follow-ups
• Supporting HR operations and stakeholder coordination
• Assisting in the smooth execution of People & Culture initiatives

Key Skills
• Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Dashboards
• MS PowerPoint & MS Office
• MIS preparation and reporting
• Data analysis and report consolidation
• Good written & verbal communication
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail
