-Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave records.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Handle exit formalities including documentation and clearance process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
