HR Associate

1) Job Purpose:

To support the design, governance, and execution of Organizational Effectiveness (OE) and Employee Relations initiatives across the organization. The role will drive end-to-end coordination and administration of Value Violation and POSH cases, ensure compliance with investigation timelines and governance requirements, and support the implementation of key OE interventions, employee engagement programs, talent initiatives, and HR governance mechanisms.

2) Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Value Violation Case Management & Governance

• Ensure end-to-end coordination and tracking of Value Violation cases.
• Maintain case trackers, investigation records, and governance dashboards.
• Monitor adherence to investigation and closure timelines.
• Coordinate with investigators, HRBPs, business leaders, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support preparation of case summaries, findings, disciplinary action notes, and closure documentation.
• Track implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from investigations.

POSH Case Administration & Compliance

• Coordinate Internal Committee meetings, hearings, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal POSH requirements.
• Manage case records, evidence repositories, and communication documentation.
• Track case progress and escalate delays as required.
• Support preparation of annual reports, MIS, and compliance submissions.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all case-related information.

Employee Relations Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards for Value Violation and POSH cases.
• Prepare periodic governance reports for leadership review.
• Track case closure TAT and adherence to established protocols.

Organizational Effectiveness Projects

• Support execution of OE initiatives across businesses and functions.

Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives

• Support administration of engagement surveys and diagnostic studies.

Stakeholder Management & Project Coordination

• Coordinate with HRBPs, Corporate HR, business leaders, legal teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and governance forums.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and action items.
• Build collaborative relationships across businesses and functions.
