Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and attrition management while ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding new hires.

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and schedule interviews.

* Conduct preliminary screenings, shortlist candidates, and coordinate first-round interviews.

* Handle employee documentation, including offer letters, joining formalities, employee records, and other HR-related documents.

* Monitor employee attrition, maintain attrition reports, conduct exit formalities, and support retention initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

* 1 - 3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
