Job Responsibilities

Manage employee attendance and prepare daily attendance reports.

Handle 3-shift HR operations and coordinate with employees across all shifts.

Monitor manpower availability and support production requirements.

Handle employee issues, grievances and concerns on the production line.

Coordinate with Production Supervisors / Team Leaders regarding employee-related matters.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Monitor employee discipline and ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Coordinate with employees regarding leave, attendance, shift and workplace issues.

Support smooth HR operations inside the manufacturing plant.

Qualification

MBA HR

23 years of experience in Manufacturing HR

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Required Skills

MS Excel – Mandatory

Attendance Management

3-Shift Management

Employee Issue / Grievance Handling

Good Communication Skills

Ability to handle 3-shift operations
