HR Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors Employee Central including hires, rehires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations.
• Serve as Tier 1 support for employee and manager inquiries and monitor the HRA and HR Generalist mailbox.
• Provide standard guidance on HR policies, onboarding, offboarding, and HR systems.
• Create, maintain, and audit employee personnel files and records.
• Support employee acknowledgements, cell phone reimbursements, unemployment claims, and other compliance activities.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and special HR projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• • Minimum of 2 years of HR, HR operations, shared services, or HRIS experience.
• • Experience with employee data management and HR systems; SuccessFactors preferred.
• • Strong customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• • Abiity to work US time zone hours
