Role : HR Associate
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai 
Timing : 9.30.am to 6.30.pm
Qualification : Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Conducting employee background verification (BGV)
• Attendance and leave management
• Employee engagement and support
• Handling employee grievances
• Preparing HR and statutory compliance reports
• Performing any other work or responsibilities as assigned by the HOD

• Coordinate employee onboarding process, including background verification and paperwork completion.
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
• Assist in recruitment efforts by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and preparing job descriptions.
• Provide support to HR team members with various administrative tasks such as benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance reporting.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in an HR role or related field.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations governing the IT services industry.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels within the organization.
