Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end India HR Operations from onboarding to employee exit.
• Draft and issue offer letters, onboarding documents, and exit-related communications.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate employee onboarding activities with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
• Coordinate background verification processes and vendor interactions.
• Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Assist in payroll input collection and validation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency.
