HR Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/business leaders on open positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, campus hiring, and walk-ins.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment MIS.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring cost.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Coordinate with HR and operations teams to ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience.
• Support bulk/volume hiring for new store openings and replacement requirements.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and business teams to forecast future manpower requirements.
