Location: Chennai (Hybrid / Occasional On-site)

Salary: 20,000 per month

The Role

We are looking for an HR Associate with 1-3 years of experience to support recruitment and people operations. The role involves managing hiring activities, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding & HR Operations

• Manage offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate background verification and compliance-related documentation.
• Support HR reporting and process tracking.

Employee Engagement

• Assist with employee communication and engagement initiatives.
• Support activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or People Operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
