HR Associate (Hospitality Industry ONLY)

Job Description:

HR Associate - Recruitment

Department:Human Resources
Industry:Hospitality / Hotel / Resort Key Responsibilities

1. Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
2. Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
3. Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
4. Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
5. Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates for suitability.
6. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.
7. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, offer, and joining.
8. Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities for selected candidates.
9. Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the manpower requirement.
10. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hospitality requirements.
11. Coordinate with recruitment agencies, consultants, job portals, and other external hiring sources.
12. Support bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment drives whenever required.

Job Expectations:

Qualifications & Requirements

1)0-2 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in the Hospitality, Hotel, or Resort industry.
2)Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
3) Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
4)Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
5)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
