HR Associate (Freshers)

Job Title: HR Associate

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities, ensuring a seamless experience for both new hires and departing employees.
• Coordinate pre-employment background verification (BGV) checks Work closely with the finance department to address payroll and reimbursement queries ensuring that all claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage the joining formalities for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of visa applications and employee immigration status, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulations.
• Efficiently utilize the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for various HR tasks, including data management, report generation, and presentation of HR analytics.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel information.
• Manage both client and internal timesheets, ensuring accurate reporting of work hours for payroll and project billing purposes.
• Ensure all necessary documentation, such as contracts and compliance forms, are properly filled and processed for new and exiting employees.
• Draft, update, and maintain comprehensive employee manuals detailing company policies
