Job Description: Compliance Associate HR

Location: Bengaluru Airport
Employment Type: Third-Party Payroll
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 8:30/9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure statutory compliance of contractors for baggage handling staff at the airport.
• Verify PF, ESIC, payroll records, attendance, wage registers, and other statutory documents submitted by contractors.
• Coordinate with contractors, HR, departmental officers, and other stakeholders for timely submission and verification of documents.
• Follow up on compliance discrepancies and ensure timely closure and clearance.
• Maintain contractor-wise compliance trackers, employee records, and reports using MS Excel.
• Monitor contractor documentation, license validity, and other applicable labour law requirements.
• Support periodic compliance audits and maintain records for inspections.
• Ensure timely completion of compliance formalities for contractor onboarding and employee deployment.
• Act as a coordination point between contractors and internal departments for compliance-related matters.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good knowledge of payroll processing, contractor compliance, PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data management, trackers, and reporting.
• Good coordination, communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, or contractor management will be preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at the airport site and coordinating with multiple departments.
