Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and Internal Database
• Screen and shortlist profiles as per business requirements.
• Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leader
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume/bulk hiring requirements within strict timelines
