Hr Assistant

• Manage employee attendance, daily attendance records, late coming, absenteeism, and leave records.
• Handle shift management, including shift schedules, shift changes, and employee allocation.
• Coordinate labour and contract workforce management based on departmental manpower requirements.
• Monitor and track contract worker utilization across departments to ensure effective manpower deployment.
• Address and assist in resolving employee grievances and workplace concerns.
• Act as a mediator between employees and the payroll team for salary, attendance, deductions, overtime, and other payroll-related queries.
• Coordinate with department heads/supervisors regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Maintain HR-related employee records, attendance data, and workforce documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR administration and employee coordination activities.
