HR Assistant Kolkata

We are looking for an HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations at our Kolkata location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and operational teams on HR-related matters.
• Assist in attendance, leave and other routine HR activities.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and employee-related activities.

Eligibility:

• MBA in Human Resources.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.

Salary: Rs.15,000 Rs.20,000 per month
