Roles & Responsibilities HR Assistant

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
  
• Maintain employee records, personal files and HR documents.
  
• Assist with joining formalities, onboarding and employee documentation.

• Maintain employee attendance, leave and overtime records.
  
• Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly attendance and payroll data.
  
• Coordinate with employees regarding salary, attendance, leave and other HR-related queries.
  
• Maintain records of new joiners, transfers, resignations and exits.
  
• Assist with preparation of appointment letters, offer letters and other HR documents.
  
• Coordinate employee ID cards, uniforms, PPE and other required documents as applicable.
  
• Maintain records of employee training, induction and safety-related documentation.
  
• Support HR activities at project/site locations and coordinate with site supervisors.
  
• Assist in maintaining records related to PF, ESIC, insurance and other statutory requirements.
  
• Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related requirements.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  
• Prepare basic HR reports and MIS as required by management.
  
• Ensure proper filing and updating of HR documents.
  
• Support employee engagement and general welfare activities.
  
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned.
