Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies.
  
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, databases, and networking platforms.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews within defined timelines.
  
• Evaluate candidates technical skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
  
• Handle CTC structuring and create competitive, attractive compensation proposals.
  
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
  
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
