HR Assistant Manager

We at Zavya are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Assistant Manager to manage key HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings and source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other relevant channels. 
• Conduct initial candidate screening, first-round interviews, and aptitude/skill-based assessments. 
• Coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders and ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates. 
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, including joining documentation, induction, and other employee joining formalities. 
• Handle employee exit processes, including resignation documentation, exit interviews, clearance, and Full & Final settlement coordination. 
• Ensure compliance with employee-related statutory and HR requirements and coordinate with payroll consultants for salary processing, attendance, leave, reimbursements, and related activities. 
• Maintain and prepare employee records and HR documentation, including appointment letters, salary revision letters, and other employee-related documents. 
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including festive celebrations, team-building activities, and employee welfare programs. 
• Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, processes, and SOPs. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for routine employee HR queries and coordinate with management on HR-related requirements. 
• Support performance management, probation confirmation, employee feedback, and other people-related processes. 
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports, including headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and employee data.

1.Location: Gurgaon-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Mandatory).

Compensation: Up to Rs. 7 LPA, based on experience and suitability.
