HR Assistant Manager/ HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent through innovative sourcing and selection methods.
• Oversee employee onboarding and training programs, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
• Manage employee relations by addressing issues and grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and maintaining ethical standards within the organization.
• Handle end-to-end monthly attendance & payroll processing.
• Facilitate performance management processes, providing guidance to managers on setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and delivering feedback.
• Plan and conduct internal HR audits to ensure policy adherence, documentation accuracy, and legal compliance.
• Maintain HR MIS, reports, and dashboards
• Supporting Admin activities
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Strong understanding of HR generalist operations, policies, and best practices in corporate services.
