HR Apprentice

Role & responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Generate recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Talent Management, Business Administration, or related field) is mandatory.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment tracking tools (ATS).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with relevant industry experience preferred.
