HR Apprentice

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer management.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master of Business Administration in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with relevant recruitment experience preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
