HR Apprentice - L & D and Employee Engagement

Role & responsibilities

• Execute employee engagement programs and activities across the organization.
• Maintain training and engagement-related data, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate communication, scheduling, and logistics for training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of Learning & Development interventions.
• Drive the adoption of digital and AI-based tools to improve training effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of employee development initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory ) freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with a willingness to learn and work with digital and AI-based tools.
