Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant data.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting industry.
  
• Strong understanding of workforce planning principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms for sourcing candidates.
