HR and Payroll Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR and Payroll processes, ensuring compliance with statutory laws such as PF Act, ESI, and other relevant regulations.
• Process salaries accurately and timely, including bonus calculations and tax deductions.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave details, and other HR-related documents.
• Ensure seamless integration between HR systems to maintain data accuracy.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in Human Resource Payroll Executive role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll management, salary processing, and statutory laws (PF Act & ESI).
• Proficiency in handling bonus calculations and tax deductions.
• Excellent attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
