HR and Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee life cycle from hire to retire, ensuring seamless onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights for data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective recruitment operations strategies, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to leave management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• • Support day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.
  • Support attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee data management.
  • Assist with PMS and performance review activities.
  • Support employee engagement, events, and HR initiatives.
  • Assist with Learning & Development and training activities.
  • Support exit formalities and Full & Final documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and trackers as required.
  
  

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in an HR Operations role within the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices to drive high levels of morale and productivity.
• Proficiency in creating reports using HR analytics tools such as dashboards or reporting software.
