HR and Non IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for NON-IT roles through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further processing.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
• Negotiate salaries and benefits with selected candidates during the interview process.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or non-it recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, including job boards, social media platforms, and employee referral networks.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proficiency in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
