We are looking for a Marketing & HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure to B2B lead generation, client acquisition, recruitment, and AI-powered business development.

B2B Lead Generation

• Research companies with active/upcoming hiring requirements

• Identify decision-makers and relevant prospects

• Reach out through calls, email, LinkedIn & other professional channels

• Understand client requirements and communicate recruitment solutions

• Follow up with prospects and maintain lead trackers

• Schedule client meetings and support business conversion

Marketing & Outreach

• Assist with targeted B2B outreach campaigns

• Research industries, companies and hiring trends

• Draft professional emails, LinkedIn messages and follow-ups

• Experiment with outreach strategies and track responses

HR & Recruitment Exposure

• Understand the recruitment and talent acquisition lifecycle

• Coordinate with the recruitment team

• Gain exposure to client management and recruitment processes

AI-Powered Productivity

• Use AI tools for research, lead generation, personalization and content creation

• Build effective AI prompts and workflows

• Explore AI tools that can improve sales, marketing and recruitment processes

We're looking for students or freshers pursuing:

BBA | MBA | B.Com | BMS | BA or relevant degrees

You should have:

Strong written & verbal communication

Confidence to speak with professionals

Good research & internet-searching skills

Basic professional email etiquette

Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

A proactive, ownership-driven attitude

Curiosity to learn HR, recruitment, marketing & sales

Willingness to learn and use AI tools

Experience or exposure in:

• HR / Recruitment / Digital Marketing

• LinkedIn prospecting or calling

• CRM / Lead Management

• ChatGPT or other AI productivity tools
