HR and Marketing Executive

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee records, attendance, HR documentation, and internal communication.
• Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace practices.
• Manage Star Enterprises social media presence, digital content, and online branding.
• Create and coordinate company profiles, presentations, brochures, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, vendors, and other marketing partners.
• Support the management team in business development and lead-generation activities.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all communication channels.
• Track recruitment and marketing activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify new opportunities to improve employee engagement, brand visibility, and business growth. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, marketing, or a similar combined role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees, clients, and external partners.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of independently managing multiple responsibilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment, employee management, and HR processes.
• Creative approach to branding, social media, and marketing communication.
• Proficiency in Canva, MS Office, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
• Strong presentation, writing, and content-creation skills.
• Ability to understand and promote the company's services, projects, and brand identity.
• Good coordination and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership and grow with the organization.
