Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll processing for employees.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and other labor laws.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  
• Provide support in recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
  
• Assist in resolving employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
