HR Analytics Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards using Python, Power BI, and SQL to provide insights on employee data, talent trends, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven solutions to improve HR operations.
• Design and implement advanced Excel models for analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Provide expert-level support in developing reports, presentations, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in HR Analytics or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming language along with strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including IT services & consulting professionals.
