Responsibilities:

• MIS & HR Analytics
• Dashboard Design & Governance: Lead the development, automation, and governance of scalable HR dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
• Workforce Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely reporting on core metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, compensation, and compliance.
• Data Insights: Analyze workforce data to identify key trends and provide data-backed recommendations for HR policy and business decisions.
• Executive Presentations: Serve as the central point of contact for leadership decks, executive reporting, and tracking HR initiatives (engagement, digitization, data compliance).
• Capability Building: Train and upskill internal HR teams on leveraging data and analytics tools.
• Process Automation & Execution
• Project Support: Partner with the HR team to execute operational targets, track key metrics, and flag technical or data blockers proactively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across internal HR teams, cross-functional business partners, and external vendors to support execution.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. degree required (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering streams preferred).
• Technical Stack:
• Programming & Automation: Strong practical ability to write Python code for data processing/scripting, write custom Google Apps Script for workflow automation, and debug/troubleshoot code.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Functional working knowledge of AWS cloud services, specifically S3, AWS Lambda, and Athena for data storage and querying.
• Databases & Querying: Hands-on expertise in SQL and HRMS reporting tools.
• Visualization & BI: Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-driven analytics tools.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
