HR Analyst

Job Summary: We are looking for a data-driven HR Analyst with expertise in people analytics, reporting, and automation to transform HR data into actionable business insights. The role involves dashboard development, predictive analytics, workforce planning, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from HRIS, ATS, payroll, and engagement systems.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Use SQL and Python/R for data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.
• Analyze HR KPIs, including attrition, recruitment, headcount, productivity, and diversity.
• Support workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and forecasting.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Present insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and VBA/Macros.
• SQL and Python/R for data analysis and automation.
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox.
• Understanding of statistics, forecasting, and predictive analytics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE/B.Tech
• 2-6 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or HR Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred: Experience in workflow automation, APIs, ETL tools, and machine learning.
