About this role
- Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor daily attendance, biometric records, leave applications, absenteeism, LOP, and attendance regularisation.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely completion of statutory filings, returns, payments, registers, and documentation as per applicable laws.
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, employment regulations, minimum wages, working hours, and other statutory requirements.
- PF, ESI & Statutory Benefits: Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable statutory contributions and employee benefits.
- Payroll Coordination: Verify attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, overtime, and other payroll-related data for timely salary processing.
- HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain employee records, personal files, appointment letters, joining documents, confirmation records, and exit documentation.
- General Administration: Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, stationery, vendor coordination, and other administrative activities.
- Audit & Inspection: Coordinate statutory audits, inspections, documentation, and closure of compliance-related observations.
- Employee Relations & Support: Address employee queries, grievances, attendance issues, HR policy clarifications, and statutory benefit-related concerns.
- HR Reporting & Coordination: Prepare HR MIS reports, maintain compliance trackers, monitor statutory deadlines, and coordinate with management, HODs, consultants, and government authorities.
