Essential

• 2.5 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, HR shared services, recruitment coordination or a comparable transaction processing role. Strong fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
• Graduate degree in any discipline. HR specialisation preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English. This is a fully English-language process with direct candidate-facing communication.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume, deadline-driven work.
• Working proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to follow structured procedures precisely and to recognise when to raise a hand.
• Comfortable working from the Bangalore office five days a week and rotating across shifts including night shifts.

Preferred

• Any exposure to Workday will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with any HCM or HRIS platform, or a ticketing and case management system.
• Prior experience in a global or multi-country HR process.
• Awareness of background verification, right-to-work or immigration documentation processes.Role & responsibilities
