About the Role: Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) are looking for a HR Administrator who will support the wider HR team with people related data reporting and general support for the HR Operations team

About the Department & Team:

HR Operations execute transactional HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, ensure governance and compliance of LSMs HR policies and processes and utilise continuous improvement to ensure operational excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce regular and ad hoc people related reporting including preparation of Regulatory/Compliance and Audit reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
• Produce monthly payroll spreadsheets and support the HR Advisors and Payroll Manager to ensure an accurate payroll run.
• Maintain and update various people related trackers and ensure all actions are recorded accurately
• Support data accuracy within the HR system (Oracle) — this will include regular reconciliations, data cleanses, leading data review sessions and ensuring follow up actions are tracked and resolved
• Assist HR Advisors with HR administration tasks, onboarding activities (including immigration governance) and monthly payroll processing tasks.
• Benefits Administration including supporting annual benefits renewals, management of travel alerts and responding to straight forward benefits queries
• Processing of invoices within the Liberty’s payment platform, Concur.
• Support data and process improvement projects and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements and automation.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and handle personal data in line with GDPR and internal policies.

These requirements include the Senior Managers and Certification Regime Conduct Rules ,Solvency II, fair treatment of customers, Financial Crime, Data Protection, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing

Profile, Skills and Experience:

• Analytical, numerate and results focused
• Strong team player and ability to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Ability to navigate a complex, fast paced and client focused working environment
• Strong time management, problem solving and organisation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of UK Employment Law & GDPR
• Intermediate MS Office Skills with a focus on Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI would also be an advantage, although training will be provided
