Position: HR & Administration Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Preferred Industry: EPC, Electrical, Construction, or Manufacturing
Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily attendance & overtime
New joiner reporting & employee records
HR documentation & compliance
Prepare monthly attendance & compliance reports
Maintain site inventory & PPE records
Manage employee accommodation, transport & welfare
Handle office administration & maintenance
Coordinate TA/DA claims with HO
Coordinate with Project, Accounts & HO teams
Skills Required
Good communication & coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel & documentation
Knowledge of HR & attendance processes
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
