Department: HR & Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily employee attendance and overtime.
• Report new joiners and maintain employee records.
• Handle HR documentation and compliance requirements.
• Prepare monthly attendance and compliance reports.
• Maintain site inventory and PPE records.
• Coordinate employee accommodation, transport, and welfare.
• Handle office maintenance and basic administration.
• Coordinate TA/DA claims and submit to HO.
• Coordinate with Project, HR, Admin, Accounts, and HO teams.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's Degree or PG ( MBA /MSW)
• 2- 4 years of experience in HR / Admin / Site Administration.
• Experience in EPC, Electrical, Construction, or Manufacturing is preferred.

• Immediate Joiner preferred.

Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• MS Excel and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of attendance and basic HR activities.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
