Location: Rajkot | Experience: 3–5 Years | Salary: 30,000–40,000/month

We are looking for an HR Admin with strong hands-on experience in HR compliance, contract staffing and general HR operations, with a strong focus on administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee records
• Handle HR statutory compliance and documentation
• Manage contract staffing processes and coordination
• Support attendance, payroll inputs, onboarding and employee documentation
• Coordinate with employees, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Handle general HR and administrative activities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant HR/Admin experience
• Strong hands-on experience in HR compliance and contract staffing
• Good understanding of HR generalist activities
• Fluent in Gujarati
• Currently based in Rajkot OR willing to relocate at short notice
• Available to join within 15–30 days
• Strong administrative, coordination and follow-up skills
• Male candidates preferred

Salary: 30,000–40,000 per month, based on experience and fit.
