We are looking for an experienced Female HR Admin Lead to drive our people practices and workplace experience at our Noida office.

This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about building an engaging workplace culture, strengthening HR processes, and ensuring seamless administration while partnering closely with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.
• Drive employer branding and workplace culture initiatives.
• Manage office administration and facility operations.
• Lead performance management and capability development initiatives.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and wellbeing programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning interventions.
• Manage exit processes, retention initiatives, and employee lifecycle activities.

Eligibility

• Female candidates only
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 510 years of HR Administration experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar sectors will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, compliance, and administration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
