About this role
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Develop and implement effective human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Possess strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software applications.
