Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Office administration and facility management
• Responsible for devising policies and procedures for effective management of facilities.
• Innovate and establish measures for cost control and improvement in services at all times.
• Ensuring all documents (bills/immigration papers/asset receipts) are managed for Audit and other relevant purposes.
• Responsible for vendor development and management (AMCs, agreements etc.) to ensure good services within budget.
• Housekeeping, Security, Infrastructure management and office maintenance
• Managing All India stationary requirement
• Liaoning with government authorities like FRRO, Ministry of home affairs and Municipal Corporation etc.
• Asset management
• Guesthouse, travel and Vehicle management
• Managing outsourced employees
• Administrative support to expatriates
• Budgeting for administrative expenses and ensuring the compliance

Professional Skills

• Practical Understanding of the applicability of Labor Laws at the plant level.
• Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels throughout the organization
• Excellent in Verbal & Written communication in Marathi apart from English and Hindi.
• Communication and Negotiation
• Strong communication skills coupled with influencing and convincing skills.
• Ability to negotiate across levels and Problem Solve ability
• Based on professional knowledge, should be able to guide the team in problem resolution.
• Active Listening- overall discipline
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Core admin and Manufacturing background preferred.
