HPS PowerCard Test Lead/ Chennai/01

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on testing experience with at least one card application: HPS PowerCARD, VisionPLUS, PRIME, or a similar card management platform.
• Strong understanding of credit and debit card operations and the end-to-end card lifecycle.
• Experience in functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of card transaction processing, authorization, settlement, reversals, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Experience in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead testing activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of ISO 8583 message formats and card payment switch integrations.
• Exposure to Postilion or other payment switch applications.
• Understanding of EMV, ATM, POS, and e-commerce transactions.
• Experience with SQL and database validation.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar platforms.
• Experience in banking, financial services, and payment processing projects.
