JOB DESRIPTION :
- Proficiency in HPE Automated Assurance.
- knowledge in IBM Netcool suite of products.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with deploying HPE Automated Assurance in Cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
