Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Fort Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala
Salary: 15,000 18,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping activities of our boutique hotel and ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team and assign daily duties.
• Check guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
• Coordinate room status with the Front Office.
• Monitor linen, toiletries and cleaning supplies.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on basic hotel standards.
• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance team.
• Handle basic housekeeping-related guest requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays when required.
