Housekeeping Supervisor-Female

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of classrooms, offices, corridors, washrooms, hostels, and common areas.
• Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
• Maintain housekeeping schedules, checklists, and daily activity reports.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and availability of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with Facility Management and other departments regarding housekeeping requirements.
• Identify maintenance, cleanliness, or hygiene-related issues and report them to the concerned department.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a university, college, hospital, hotel, residential campus, or large facility.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning materials, and hygiene standards.
• Strong staff-management and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
