Housekeeping Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of housekeeping staff presence, grooming, attendance, and performance.
• Monitor housekeeping quality across public areas, rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure demo, occupied, onboarding, vacant, and exit rooms are maintained and ready as per standards.
• Conduct housekeeping team briefings, training, and SOP refreshers.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, inventory, consumption, and vendor coordination.
• Review and ensure timely completion of deep cleaning, tank cleaning, and pest control activities.
• Track housekeeping tickets, resident complaints, feedback, and closure within defined TAT.
• Identify gaps through regular inspections and drive corrective actions with the House Manager and HK team.
• Monitor housekeeping manpower performance and support retention and productivity initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall property readiness.
