We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to manage and supervise housekeeping operations in a hospital environment.

Position: Housekeeping Manager
Location: STAR Hospitals, Nanakramguda, Financial District, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations across the hospital.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper deployment and staffing.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control.
• Monitor cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Engineering, Infection Control, and other departments.
• Handle staff training, attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital housekeeping standards.
• Manage housekeeping vendors and outsourced manpower, wherever applicable.
• Prepare and monitor housekeeping reports and operational checklists.

Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate / relevant qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of hospital housekeeping, hygiene, and infection control practices.
• Ability to manage housekeeping operations independently.
