Housekeeping Manager- Yashoda Hospitals Hitec City

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and patient care across the hospital.
• Ensure compliance with biomedical waste management, infection control, and safety regulations.
• Plan manpower, prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, approve leave, and conduct staff performance appraisals.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping supervisors and support staff.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, consumables, equipment, and departmental records.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, supplier bill processing, equipment maintenance, and interdepartmental activities to ensure efficient operations.
