Housekeeping Manager I Pharma/R&D I Bengaluru

Role & responsibilities

Inspection and quality management of service delivery i.e. supervision and responsible for maintaining the upkeep of facilities, rest rooms, workstations, cabins, water body and pest control services etc.

Monitoring of checklist, work schedule, duty chart, deployment report

Adhering to safety index like work permits, PPEs etc.

Reporting on daily basis with regards to housekeeping services

Driving Open Points and closure status of all housekeeping activities

To supervise the documentation relevant to Housekeeping services

Ensure the service providers to follow the STC-B requirements and meet all safety and statutory requirements.

Follow up on all AMC related requirements to STC-B representative.

Inventory Management of Housekeeping materials.

Multi language linguistic, Basic knowledge on MS office, ppt, excel. Basic knowledge on HK chemicals, MSDS etc
